Each apartment is fully equipped for your short or long stay. There is a fully functional kitchen (including fridge, stove, microwave and dishes), a modern bathroom and comfortable beds. Of course, there is free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. Cleaning and fresh linen and towels are included in the price.
Number of guests
This particular apartment is ideal for larger families or groups of friends and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. There are a total of 6 standard beds in separate bedrooms. Two more sleeping places are provided on a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. When booking, please indicate the exact number of guests so that we can prepare the perfect bedding and towels for you.

Self check-in
Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete an online check-in and pay for your reservation.
Apartment code
After payment and filling in your details, you will be sent a code to access the building and your apartment. You will also find the apartment number in the email.
House rules
The entire Little Tom Apartments is non-smoking. For the comfort of all guests, a quiet night policy from 10:00 PM and a no-party policy apply.
Stay
Check-in is possible from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00 at the latest. Please adhere to these deadlines (we also need time to prepare the apartments for new clients). Late departures are penalized.
