Information about your stay at the apartments
Little Tom
Thank you for your reservation in our apartments. You have booked self-catering apartments without reception and hotel services. We ask you to comply with the accommodation rules. In case of any malfunction or defect, please write to the emergency contact via WhatsApp. Please note that the facility does not have a reception and the response time is governed by normal working hours. We ask you to maintain nightly peace and to leave the room on the day of departure. Excessive dirt, damaged items or late departure will be penalized.

Check-out is until 10:00
Before departure, please scan the code on the door and confirm your departure in the Alfred app. Late departures will be penalized.
Cleaning
There is no daily cleaning service during your stay.
You can throw your trash in the trash cans in the yard on the ground floor of the building.
Kitchen
Please return the kitchen equipment to its original condition before your departure. All dishes and equipment must be washed, dried and returned to their original place. Failure to do so will prolong the subsequent cleaning of the apartment and will be considered excessive soiling for which you will be charged.
No smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments and in the building. A designated smoking area is located in the courtyard on the ground floor, next to the elevator.
Entry codes
The building and apartment access codes are only valid for the duration of your stay. On the day of departure, the code is valid until 10:00, after which you will no longer be able to enter the building or apartment with this code.
Camera system
The entire property is monitored by a camera system. Please respect the number of people reported in the reservation, each person must be reported and registered.
Safe
A safe is available for you to store your documents or finances. Please leave the safe OPEN after departure - thank you
